• Estimates are based on the information available at the time of the visit and are valid for the period stated on the estimate.
• Final pricing for any job is set out in a written proposal or agreement that you approve before work begins.
• If unexpected conditions are found during the work, we will explain them and get your approval before doing any additional work that changes the price.
• Payment is due as stated in your agreement. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders, is subject to credit approval, and is governed by the lender's own terms. Estimated monthly payments shown are for illustration only.

Scheduling and Appointments

We work hard to arrive on time and will contact you if we are running late or need to reschedule. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. You agree to provide safe access to the work area and the equipment, and to tell us about any known hazards, pets, or access restrictions.

Warranties

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty, which may require registration within a set time after installation. Labor warranties and any additional coverage, such as included maintenance, depend on the system you choose and are stated in writing in your installation agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, lack of required maintenance, power surges, acts of nature, or repairs or alterations made by others.
